Methane degasification stations

Devices built-in methane degasification stations are dedicated to conduct the process of acquiring the gas from the mine excavation sites and pump it to the consumers or directly to the atmosphere. Main component of the acquired gas is methane, which average accumulation of it in seized gas is 50-60%.

 

Control and monitoring system supervise the compressors’ / blowers’ operation thanks to the sensors and measuring equipment. Control system assures cooperation with every part of the system and every part of the system has its own designated task. Integrally control system can be divided in particular partial components:

- drives and executive devices,

- equipment,

- control cabinet SSO,

- actuators control cabinet SSP,

- control panel PS,

- Database Backup and Report System BSAR,

- local monitoring work station,

- 500V low voltage power substation RN-3 with transformers,

- inverters,

- 400/230 VAC power substation,
