TO

TO synoptic panel is designed for remote control of hydromechanical mine water cleansing system controlled by TSO control panel.

TO synoptic panel signals operation of following devices:

• SOW selective vibrating dehydrator, included in vibrating thickening kit,
• 2 recirculation pumps installed in intermediate well under the dehydrator,
• 1 or 2 pump kits, 3 pumps each (2 supply pumps i 1 mixing pump) installed in water galleries,
• Scraper conveyor, belt conveyor or other transport device.

Main element of TO synoptic panel TO is type VersaMax PLC controller produced by GEFanuc. Communication between TO synoptic panel and TSO control panel is based on MODBUS protocol via RS-485 interface.

On TSO panel’s front are installed signalling lamps, terminal reflecting installation operation state, control buttons and emergency stop button which allow to emergency stop the whole mine water cleansing system.
