TSO

TSO control panel is designed for control and signalling the operation of hydromechanical mine water cleansing system.

TSO control panel allows to control the following devices:

• SOW selective vibrating dehydrator, included in vibrating thickening kit,
• 2 recirculation pumps installed in intermediate well under the dehydrator,
• 1 or 2 pump kits, 3 pumps each (2 supply pumps i 1 mixing pomp) installed in water galleries,
• Scraper conveyor, belt conveyor or other transport device.

For control purpose of TSO control panel, signals are carried from water level sensors, backwater sensors and additionally signal from belt conveyer giving operation info.

Unit can be controlled in local manual mode (individually with use of toggle switches powering up particular device), remote mode (by buttons placed on TSO panel’s front) or automatic mode (by PLC controller).

TSO panel allows communication with other devices (like i.e. TO synoptic panel, ZZ1O power supply kit made by ELPRO-7) by MODBUS protocol via RS-485 interface.

On TSO panel’s front installed are signalling lamps and a terminal that reflects installation operation state.
